Once payment is completed you will be contacted by email or phone. We will send you a email confirmation with receipt, map and key combination.
If your deposit has not been received within 5 working days, we reserve the right to re-rent unit.
In the online calendar for the unit your reservation dates will appear as pending until payment is completed.

• Check in is at 4:00 pm (check in can be earlier if unit is available).

• Check out is at 12:00 noon.

• There is a $100.00 refundable security deposit on all rentals

• All balances due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

• No personal checks if there is not time for it to clear bank before check-in. There is a $25 charge for return checks.

• Late checkout after 12 noon is subjected to a $10.00 per hour charge.

• Holladay weekends require a 3 night minimum stay, and no refunds are made for cancellations.

• We reserve the right to re-rent condo if deposit has not been received within 5 working days.

Please remember these are privately owned homes, threat them as such.
The owners and/or there agents are hereby relived of all responsibility from any problems arising form the rentals of this property in Mexico.
You are responsible for your belongings and valuables, as is recommended at any resort; do not leave valuables in your unit.
Do not allow non-resident guests to use your facilities as you might be charged for extra people.

• Cancellation requests made 15 or more days prior to confirmed arrival date are subjected to a penalization of 10% on the total paid for reservation.

• Cancellation requests made no more than 14 days and no less than 3 days prior to the confirmed arrival date are subjected to a penalization of 30% on the total paid for reservation.

• Cancellation requests made 2 days to the confirmed arrival date or a "no-show" are 100% non refundable. No refunds will be granted either for unused portions of the reservation due to an early departure.
